Oot and Aboot

Leaving the low cloud and drizzle behind at the campsite we headed toward the brighter weather in the East. Back to Cambus O’May woods to film a new downhill trail we had found and to show our friends around.

My plans to visit the Milk and Cheese Hoose Cafe were foiled again, this time by a damaged rear mech which was badly bent due to a stick which got caught in the jockey wheel. How?!? So instead of the cafe we headed back to Ballater to the bike shop to see if they could help. Amazingly they had the part in stock and changed it straight away so the holiday is back on track. We even had time for ice cream on the village green.
